Present and promote new/used homes, perform cost-benefit and needs analysis, reach out to leads, drive leads through marketing efforts, achieve sales targets, and coordinate sales efforts with team members and supervisors.

Requirements
- Two year degree
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

- Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing (desired)
- Motivated and able to effectively lead
- High level of customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
