Job Description
Whatnot is seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow a frontline sales team driving seller acquisition and revenue growth. The role is responsible for building upon Whatnot's foundation and helping scale a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Drive day-to-day sales execution including pipeline management, activity tracking, and deal progression
  • Partner with the Director of Sales to implement and refine sales playbooks, processes, and strategy
