Job Description
First Weber is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our busy real estate sales office in Brookfield, WI. Must have excellent recruiting and retention abilities to propel the offices to the next level.

Requirements

  • Recruiting and retention of agents.
  • Weekly agent development activities.
  • Weekly sales meetings.
  • Sales associate transaction support.
  • Stay up to date with market, technology and sales skills.
  • Actively promote affiliated company businesses and work to increase the capture rate of affiliates.
  • Track office performance metrics such as sales revenue, property statistics, sales associate productivity, and market share.
  • Manage, develop and provide direction to administrative staff.
  • Actively participate in community activities.
