Job Description
The Sales Manager supports the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and oversees sales KPI's, handles customer issues, and leads the sales team to build individual and team success.

Requirements

  • High School diploma (bachelor's degree in business preferred)
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in furniture retail management in a commission-based sales environment
  • Previous supervisory experience is a must
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work every weekend, including evenings, holidays, and travel as needed
