Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail store. They will oversee sales KPI's, handle customer issues, provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, and maintain budgeted administrative costs.

Requirements

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing all sales KPI's
  • Handle all customer related issues
  • Provide exceptional leadership and coaching to the sales team
  • Maintain budgeted administrative costs
  • Ensure complete and adequate documentation of procedures and tasks completed
  • Complete various report functions
  • Aid to maintain proper staffing levels for the sales team
  • Prepare and administer impact coaching sessions
  • Coordinate and execute daily, weekly peak state huddles
  • Work with the Visual Presentation Manager regarding product placement
  • Report changes in policy and other information to staff members
