Job Description
The Sales Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, customer issues, and sales teams. Responsibilities include managing sales KPIs, coaching staff, maintaining budgets, and documenting procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (bachelor's degree in business preferred)
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in furniture retail management
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work every weekend, including evenings, holidays, and travel as needed
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
