Role OverviewAs the Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop our in-home sales team, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. This is a leadership position that requires a commitment to excellence and growth within a dynamic market.
What You Will Do
Support and grow the in-home sales team, manage data using spreadsheets and CRM tools, build strong individual relationships, and enforce a proven sales system.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 3 years experience managing salespeople
- 2–5 years of personal sales success (in-home or B2C preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of managing by the data, software, and other computer tools
- Utah-based only
- Proficient in Google, Email, Powerpoint, CRM or design software experience is a plus
- College degree preferred but not required
