Role OverviewThe Sales Manager ensures company sales goals are met or exceeded, following California Closets policies and procedures. This role ensures Design Consultants deliver on company standards of excellence with each customer.
What You Will Do
Manage a team of Design Consultants, collaborate with GM on hiring and retention, and analyze sales data to develop strategies to address areas of opportunity.
