Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position that supports the Sales & Marketing team through administrative coordination. This role works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Managers and other departments to assist with sales activities, marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that drive revenue, increase visibility and enhance the guest experience.

What You Will Do

Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and other client-facing materials. Coordinate and prepare for client site inspections, sales appointments, and special events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Internship or previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A genuine desire to provide outstanding service to guests and clients.
