Role OverviewThe Sales Operations Analyst will provide visibility, insights, and operations to enable leaders to drive business performance, answer critical questions for decision making, run their business, and plan for the future. This position will be part of the team that leads Strategy and Operations for Strategic Industries and EMEA Business Development and Technical Account Manager field delivery teams.
What You Will Do
The candidate will play a foundational role in supporting the stakeholder business' strategy and operations through data analysis and operational reporting. The Sales Operations Analyst will focus on core operational activities including standard reporting, data analysis, owning day-to-day inspection and execution of operational processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics and/or operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in a sales organization and with sales data, processes, policies, etc.
- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience using sales tools including Salesforce, and BI tools including QuickSight and PowerBI
