Job Description
Seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support sales leadership through data-driven insights, pipeline management, and operational execution.

Requirements

  • Own and manage sales performance reporting, including pipeline health, backlog, and onboarding status
  • Drive accountability across the sales organization by tracking progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Define, track, and continuously evolve KPIs that measure sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, Excel, financial systems) to deliver accurate and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, including quarterly analytics and executive summaries
  • Manage CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Leadership on strategic initiatives as needed
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to sales workflows, reporting, and operational cadence
