Role OverviewThe Sales Operations Associate reports to the Digital Communications & Business Analytics Manager and supports the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service organizations through business analytics, sales operations, and technology initiatives.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring sales reports, dashboards, and business analytics to support Sales leadership and field teams. Analyze sales performance, customer trends, pricing, contracts, territory alignment, and other business metrics to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM Administration, Sales Support, or a related analytical or operational role
- Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform required
- Experience with business intelligence, ERP, reporting, or analytics platforms (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or similar) preferred
