Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations professional to drive growth by optimizing sales processes, enhancing customer experience, and developing new revenue opportunities. This role involves streamlining sales and marketing operations, driving RFQ and lead handling, and enabling sales teams to outperform targets. The role works closely with leadership and has organization-wide visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related technical field
  • 3-7 years of experience in a B2B technical, commercial, or product management role (industrial distribution or manufacturing preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with RFQ processes, technical sales support, or applications engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Business & Commercial Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player with project management experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
