Job Description
This is a hands-on, hybrid leadership role for someone who can run the day and still sell. You’ll be the person who keeps our operation moving — building the daily schedule, coordinating crews and estimators, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. At the same time, you’re an active part of the sales team: working follow-up, closing jobs, and helping the team price and win work.

Requirements

  • Hands-on construction experience — GC, roofing, or HVAC (field, management, or sales).
  • Proven sales ability — you can sell and close, and you’re comfortable in front of a customer.
  • Management/coordination experience — you’ve led people, run schedules, or coordinated field operations before.
  • Strong organization — able to juggle scheduling, dispatch, estimating, and follow-up at the same time without dropping balls.
  • Tech-comfortable — comfortable with CRM and scheduling tools.
  • A valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
