Requirements

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales workflows, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline metrics; develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, finance, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and service delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length; recommend improvements.
  • Manage and optimize sales technology stack, including CRM, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
  • Train sales teams on tools and processes to maximize adoption and efficiency.
