What You Will Do
Responsibilities include learning product features and benefits, greeting clients, discovering their needs, and providing exceptional client service. Sales Professionals will also assist clients in designing spaces, participate in events, and contribute to the sales goals of the team.

Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High energy and passion to succeed
- Embracing training and continually improving knowledge
- Self-motivated and strong Team player
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven furniture sales experience and/or Interior Design knowledge
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
- Available 40 hours/week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and holidays
