Role Overview

What You Will Do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source and engage passive candidates, screen and interview candidates, and provide market insights and candidate recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on sales recruiting
  • Experience recruiting Account Executives, Business Development professionals, or other customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven ability to source passive talent and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
