Recruiter for a technology-driven company's growing sales organization, partnering with hiring managers to identify exceptional sales talent.

What You Will Do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, source and engage passive candidates, screen and interview candidates, and provide market insights and candidate recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting Account Executives, Business Development professionals, or other customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven ability to source passive talent and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
