Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Representative/Account Manager to manage key customer relationships, grow and develop new business, and serve as the main contact for territory distributor locations.

Requirements

  • Lead and foster our “people first” culture
  • Serve as primary contact for day-to-day responsibilities for all top distributor locations that reside within your territory.
  • Develop and leverage strong business relationships with key distributor contacts at each branch location.
  • Manage established dealer network while prospecting for new accounts and developing markets.
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan with the Regional/District Sales Manager.
  • Establish KPI targets in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager. Develop and execute a plan to deliver optimal results.
  • Manage individual travel and expense budget.
  • Effectively manage co-op funding within primary distributor responsibility.
