Job Description
SouthernCarlson seeks an Outside Sales Representative to build and manage a sales pipeline, develop new business, and cultivate customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of sales experience in construction or industrial supply, is mechanically inclined, and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction or industrial supply
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
  • Established network in the industry or strong ability to build one
  • Excel in both verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
