Role Overview

Manage the sales process, provide excellent customer service, and source new customers. The Sales Representative will help customers find and design their dream home and ensure a smooth sales process.

What You Will Do

Effectively communicate DR Horton's value proposition, uncover customer goals and challenges, and establish DR Horton as the best solution available. Overcome objections and close sales, maintain accurate documentation, and continually source new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive in daytime or nighttime
  • Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
  • Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day
