Job Description
As a Sales Representative at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA), you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. You will work with customers to secure and maintain distribution of products and/or services, provide pricing, negotiate, and maintain effective sales agreements. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in outside sales with a proven record of success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in outside sales with a proven record of success.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record for the last 3 years.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, self-motivated, manage time well, and be committed to their individual and team's success.
