Job Description
The Sales Representative will manage an assigned territory to achieve sales volume goals, introduce new products, and execute company standards for off-premise and on-premise permanent and point of sale for the shelf, cold box, and floor displays.
Requirements
Manage an assigned territory to achieve sales volume goals
Introduce and promote new products
Ensure promotion results
Develop the trust and confidence of retailers
Compile lists of prospective customers
Travel to call on regular and prospective customers
Prepare timely and accurate reporting
Make persuasive presentations
Display or demonstrate the product
Make sales and follow up calls to customers and prospects
Understand in-store merchandising principles
Influence retail accounts to use shelf management guidelines
Know which products each account sells and keep them properly rotated
Adhere to the company's professional dress and appearance policy
