Role OverviewAs a Sales Account Representative at Schindler, you will assist the Existing Installation team cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
What You Will Do
Aid the Existing Installation Sales Account Managers in pursuing repair sales and new maintenance contracts, and in tracking the current sales portfolio to anticipate contract retention opportunities. Prepare and present repair, renewal, and recovery presentations and proposals to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry
- Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to empathize, listen, and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Motivated, resilient, and customer-focused mindset with a strong character aligned with Schindler’s values
- Experience with SAP and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a competitive sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and managing customer interactions
