Role OverviewAs a Sales Representative at Treace, you will deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert in Treace Medical's products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes. You will strategize for growth by building and maintaining new customer relationships, following up on company-generated leads, and driving customer conversion consistently. You will also provide feedback to innovate by collaborating with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Deliver Impact: Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical's products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes. Strategize for Growth: Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently. Provide Feedback to Innovate: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction. Train for Excellence: Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings. Foster Relationships: Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.

You'll also need the ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%), experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments, hospital credentialing readiness, and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
