The role requires maintaining accurate documentation of transactions, creating and implementing marketing plans, and networking with realtors.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include effectively communicating DR Horton's value proposition, uncovering and understanding customer goals and challenges, and establishing DR Horton as the best solution available. The Sales Representative will also maintain accurate documentation of transactions, continually source new sales opportunities, and create and implement marketing plans.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH Sales applications
