Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Representative/Account Manager to help us manage key customer relationships while growing and developing new business. As a Trex Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will be looked to as an innovator and expected to serve as the main contact for territory distributor locations, managing the distributor network and prospecting for new accounts.

  • Develop and leverage strong business relationships with key distributor contacts at each branch location
  • Develop and leverage key geographic contacts and maintain established call frequency for defined national account customers
  • Manage established dealer network while prospecting for new accounts and developing markets
  • Develop and execute annual business plan with Regional/District Sales Manager
  • Establish KPI targets in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
  • Develop and execute plan to deliver optimal results
  • Manage individual travel and expense budget
  • Effectively manage co-op funding within primary distributor responsibility
