Role OverviewThe Sales Representative will manage the sales process, provide excellent customer service, and source new customers. The role involves communicating DR Horton's value proposition, understanding customer goals, and establishing DR Horton as the best solution available.
What You Will Do
The Sales Representative will effectively communicate DR Horton's value proposition, uncover and understand customer goals, overcome objections, and close sales. They will also maintain accurate documentation of transactions, continually source new sales opportunities, and develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.

Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
