Job Description
Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our growing Indianapolis team. This field-based Sales Representative role involves meeting directly with homeowners to inspect interior, exterior, and gutter-related project needs, identify repair or replacement opportunities, and provide customized recommendations based on each customer’s goals.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience working with interiors, exteriors, gutters, construction, or related home improvement services.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights, possess a valid driver’s license, and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential for success in this Sales Representative position.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
