Job Description
We’re searching for a Sales Representative to join our team, with three or more years of prior sales experience and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to identify potential customer leads, execute a sales funnel process, and close orders. Responsibilities include representing PeopleReady in assigned territory, engaging with local branch teams, and ensuring sales growth through aggressive market strategies.

Requirements

  • Three or more years related sales experience
  • Bachelor’s, associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Managed a sales portfolio of at least $2.5M per annum
  • Sales experience in one or more blue-collar vertical markets
  • Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations
  • Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual language skills a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
