Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or engineering within a related industry (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and close business
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; blueprint reading is a plus
  • Comfortable with computers, ERP systems, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time independently
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
