Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing retail efforts, building relationships with customers and delivery personnel, and managing quality of Company products. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours and travel overnight. The position is full-time and based in Odessa, TX, with a regular, ongoing in-office presence required.

Requirements

  • Maximize retail efforts through the execution and implementation of established sales and marketing program.
  • Builds strong relationships with customers and delivery personnel.
  • Addresses customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Maximize retail execution within assigned accounts through the use and utilization of retail account standards.
  • Increase consumer awareness of brands through proactive shelf management practices.
  • Manage quality of all Company products to ensure proper inventory and orders.
  • Solicits the primary placement of permanent point of sale within identified route.
  • Completes administrative duties in a timely fashion.
  • Executes all responsibilities of the position with Company's policies and guidelines.
