Role OverviewThe Home Energy Specialist is responsible for helping homeowners become more energy efficient by performing Mass Save Home Energy Assessments. This role will be modeling homes in energy efficiency software, diagnosing energy usage problems and recommending energy saving measures such as insulation, and high efficiency heating and cooling.
What You Will Do
Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments, utilize energy efficiency software to model homes and generate comprehensive energy savings reports, recommend energy-saving measures, initiate sales and secure service contracts, provide exceptional customer service, and install energy-saving products during assessments.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid MA driver's license, BPI Certification, previous customer service and sales experience, and basic computer skills. Must work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
