Role Overview

Manage the sales process, provide excellent customer service, and continuously source new customers. The Sales Representative will help customers find and design their dream home and ensure a smooth sales process.

What You Will Do

Effectively communicate DR Horton's value proposition, uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, and establish DR Horton as the best solution available. Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and continually source new sales opportunities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or 2 years of related experience, an active real estate license, and proficiency with MS Office and email. The candidate should be able to work overtime and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or 2 years related experience
  • Active real estate license
  • Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
