Role OverviewThe Sales Representative will manage the sales process, provide excellent customer service, and continuously source new customers. They will effectively communicate DR Horton's value proposition and capabilities to potential customers, uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, and establish DR Horton as the best solution available. The Sales Representative will also maintain accurate documentation of transactions and continually source new sales opportunities.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Representative include effectively communicating DR Horton's value proposition, uncovering and understanding customer goals and challenges, overcoming objections and closing sales, maintaining accurate documentation of transactions, and continually sourcing new sales opportunities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree or 2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. They will also be able to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day, and have a strong motivation to excel in intercommunications and interactions.
