Role OverviewThe Sales Representative will manage the sales process, provide excellent customer service, and continuously source new customers. The role involves effectively communicating DR Horton's value proposition, understanding customer goals and challenges, and maintaining accurate documentation of transactions.
What You Will Do
The Sales Representative will uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, establish DR Horton as the best solution available, overcome objections, and close sales. They will also maintain accurate documentation of transactions, create and provide a marketing plan, and network with realtors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to apply common sense understanding, and have proficiency with MS Office and email. They will also be able to stand and walk for extended periods, sit for extended periods, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
