Job Description
We're hiring a Multifamily Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business growth across the Texas multifamily market. This role focuses on developing relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors throughout all stages of multifamily construction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales growth experience in the Texas wood-frame multifamily market
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex deals
  • Experience reading architectural and structural blueprints
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of sales strategy, marketing concepts, and business operations
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–15% monthly
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
