Role Overview

The Sales Representative, Point of Care Testing (POCT) will work remotely and be responsible for managing growth of new and existing Toxicology POCT customer accounts with the goal of driving new incremental growth. They will handle outbound and inbound customer correspondence, focus on outbound cold calling and targeted marketing campaigns, and prepare and send quotes and product information.

Responsible for securing sales to achieve a sales quota for overall territory, handle customer correspondence, focus on outbound cold calling and targeted marketing campaigns, prepare and send quotes and product information, and coordinate new account sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience growing new business through existing accounts and acquiring new accounts. They will be a self-starter able to grasp knowledge through mentorship and shadowing, and have excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business or Scientific field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years sales experience (B2B, Inside Sales, Account Management, etc.)
  • Experience growing new business through existing accounts and acquiring new accounts
  • Self-starter able to grasp knowledge through mentorship and shadowing
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, computer skills with MS Office applications, including Power Point and Excel
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
