Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will sell nonstandard auto insurance, grow earnings with additional products, and build relationships with customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.

Requirements

Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
A High School Diploma or GED
Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
