The Sales Representative drives sales by helping customers select the right window and door solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in building materials, home improvement, or construction
  • Knowledge of exterior doors and windows
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with BisTrack and BlueBeam
  • Valid class D Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
