Job Description
We are seeking a Sales & Service Manager to launch and grow a new computer recycling and electronics recovery location in Lincoln City, Oregon. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for getting the operation off the ground, driving new customer acquisition, and supporting service operations during the early growth phase.

Requirements

  • Launch and establish the new Lincoln City location
  • Prospect and acquire new business through door knocking, cold outreach, and relationship building
  • Educate businesses on free computer and electronics recycling services
  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Coordinate and perform equipment pickups and product handling as needed
  • Represent the company professionally with customers and community partners
  • Track sales activity, leads, and results
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly growth targets
  • Assist with operational processes until staffing grows
  • Help transition responsibilities as the location scales
