Role OverviewThe Sales & Service Manager will oversee existing service demand, manage customer/service follow-up, and eventually develop new sales/business. The role requires existing crane knowledge and will take workload away from senior technicians. The ideal candidate is an experienced crane technician looking to transition into a managerial/customer-facing position.
What You Will Do
Review completed crane inspections, identify repairs/problems, determine required crane parts, source and order parts, prepare estimates, communicate with engineers/vendors, follow parts and repairs through completion, and manage customer/service follow-up.
