Job Description
Hajoca Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies, seeks a Sales & Service Supervisor at their Fresno, CA location. The successful candidate will lead a team of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives, provide training and guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales; contractor sales preferred
  • Proper and valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center
  • Leadership qualities and ability to promote a productive and positive team environment
  • Excellent customer service, telephone/verbal communication, and listening skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Product knowledge and ability to upsell or cross sell
  • Ability to build influential relationships and trust with customers and vendors
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
