Role OverviewThe Sales & Service Technician II is responsible for engaging and developing customer relationships and providing solutions to our customers through our products and services. This role is ideal for someone who has the desire to learn the trade of telecommunications installation and maintenance.
What You Will Do
Install and maintain inside wire for residential/business broadband (HSI/Video) service, install Central Office and B-box junctions, and use automated Dispatch equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and five years of experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance is preferred. The ideal candidate will have copper experience/skills, be able to complete Pole Climbing Certification, and have knowledge of telephony, PC operating support systems, and Internet Protocol attributes.
