Role OverviewAs a Sales Specialist, you will be one of the first people our customers meet. Your sales expertise can help customers find the products they need and encourage them to transform a great project idea into reality. You will spend most of your time communicating with customers, discussing project needs, answering questions, and helping them accomplish their home improvement goals.
What You Will Do
Provide SMART customer service, serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, monitor inventory levels, perform price reviews, support all checkout functions, train associates, and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
- Able to Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
