Role OverviewWe’re looking for someone energetic, warm, organized, and genuinely hungry to succeed. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the full MOD BIKES experience. Sales and hospitality should feel natural to you. You’ll create real relationships, and many of our riders continue to stay connected for years.
What You Will Do
Help customers in person, over the phone, and by email — with warmth, clarity, and confidence. Educate customers on our bikes and accessories. Lead fun, safe test rides and guide customers through the full buying experience.
