Role OverviewThe Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.
What You Will Do
Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner, educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar, qualify homeowners based on company guidelines, schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations, and maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.
