Job Description
This Sales Support Assistant will support the School Sales team with sales support duties and value-added services, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service level and OEE standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two years minimum of direct sales, Customer Care and/or sales support experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SFC product categories and resources
  • Proficient knowledge of various Order Entry processes & procedures, including web-based systems
