Job Description
Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who will help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. This is an onsite position in Wilmington, NC with a starting rate of $18.71/hour and potential for higher pay based on experience.

Requirements

  • Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs
  • Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
  • Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
  • Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions
