Role OverviewThe Sales Support Representative serves as the customer service facilitator for the sales process. They are the daily contact for will-call and existing customers, providing product knowledge and order support.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers' needs and identify potential sales opportunities. Facilitate the sales process by managing projects, tracking open sales orders, resolving issues, and providing overall customer service and support.

Requirements
- GED, high school diploma, or associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a sales environment
- At least 2 years of experience in the pipe, valves, or fittings industries
- Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365 and distribution-specific ERP systems
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal]

- Detailed-oriented work style, comfortable with juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a consistent work approach
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test
